Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering, delivery, refills, refunds and safety — one page, straight answers.

Short answer: No password is ever required. Delivery is gradual and usually starts within minutes. Drops after delivery are covered by a lifetime refill with no time limit. Orders that never start get a full refund; fully delivered orders don't.

Ordering & delivery

Do I need to give you my password?

No, never. Followers need only your public username. Likes and views need only a link to a public post or video. We never ask for a password on any order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is gradual by default and usually starts within minutes of your order. Smaller orders often complete within hours; larger orders can take a day or more, spread out on purpose rather than dumped all at once.

Can I choose exactly which post gets the likes or views?

Yes. For likes and views you paste the direct link to the specific post, Reel or video you want targeted — delivery only applies to that link.

Do you offer instant delivery?

Gradual delivery is the default and is included in the listed price. An instant option is available on the order form for a surcharge, though gradual delivery is generally the lower-risk choice.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay, shown at checkout.

Refills, refunds & safety

What happens if my count drops after delivery?

It's covered by our lifetime refill guarantee, with no time limit on the claim. Contact support with your order number and we'll top it back up.

When do I get a refund instead of a refill?

If an order never starts delivering, you get a full refund. If it stalls partway through for more than 72 hours, we either complete it or refund the undelivered part. Fully delivered orders, and orders where the account or post was made private or deleted during delivery, aren't eligible for a refund — see our Refund Policy for the complete terms.

Does my account or post need to stay public?

Yes. If the account or the specific post/video goes private or is deleted while an order is in progress, delivery can't continue and that part of the order isn't refundable.

Is this against Instagram's or TikTok's rules?

Yes, both platforms' terms prohibit purchased engagement. Enforcement in practice is inconsistent, but we don't pretend the rule doesn't exist. See our Is It Safe? guide for the full picture, including links to the actual platform policies.
