Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026
These terms govern your use of Followium and any order placed through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. What we sell
Followium sells Instagram and TikTok followers, likes and views as promotional delivery services. Quantities, prices and delivery estimates are shown at the time of order and come from the current pricing table on the site.
2. Account eligibility
You must own or have authority over the account, post or video you submit for delivery. The target profile or post must be set to public for the full duration of delivery, or the order may not complete.
3. No password required
We never ask for your account password. Orders are placed using only a public username (for followers) or a public post or video link (for likes and views).
4. Delivery
Delivery is gradual by default and typically starts within minutes, completing within 0-24 hours depending on package size. Delivery timing is an estimate, not a fixed guarantee of a specific hour.
5. Refill guarantee
Orders are covered by a lifetime refill guarantee. If delivered followers, likes or views drop below the ordered amount, contact support and we will top the order back up at no charge.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for full detail. In short, if an order never starts delivering, you are entitled to a full refund.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Followium to target accounts you do not own or control without authorization, or to violate the terms of service of Instagram or TikTok. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to misuse the service.
8. Platform risk
Instagram and TikTok set and change their own platform rules. We cannot guarantee how either platform will treat any specific order, and we are not responsible for actions either platform takes on your account independent of our service.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our service.
10. Contact
